1. Products and Services Covered

This notice covers the following products and services (collectively and for the purpose of this document only, “Covered Services”) offered by Vercel Inc. and its affiliates (“Vercel”):

  • The products and services branded as:

    • Vercel Marketplace,

    • AI Gateway,

    • v0, and

    • Domain Registration Services.

2. Purpose of this Notice

This notice describes features, restrictions, and licenses associated with any:

  • Information sourced from third parties and provided to customers via the Covered Services, and

  • Covered Services functionality that allows users to interact with any Non-Vercel Services. If not already defined in your customer agreement with Vercel, “Non-Vercel Services” means products, services, tools, or software functionality that interoperates with a Covered Service and that is provided by you, other Vercel users, or any third party.

3. Non-Vercel Services

The Covered Services allow customers to interact with Non-Vercel Services as described in the respective Covered Services’ documentation and in this notice. Use of Non-Vercel Services is subject to the terms below:

4. Vercel Marketplace

Vercel Marketplace allows customers to connect their Vercel account to native integrations offered by third parties. Non-Vercel Services in the Vercel Marketplace are offered subject to any applicable terms the customer has agreed to with respect to the Marketplace vendor, or the terms below, as applicable:

Non-Vercel Services offered as connectable accounts in Vercel Marketplace are not covered by this Notice and any use is subject to the terms the customer has agreed to with any connectable-account provider.

5. v0

Third-party content may be available through the use of web-search or web-browsing features in v0 that permit users to query the Internet and public websites. Any content retrieved through such features is: (i) a Non-Vercel Service, (ii) not part of the Covered Services, and (iii) provided “AS IS,” with no warranties whatsoever.

Use of Claude Code in the v0 terminal is subject to the customer’s agreement with Anthropic or Anthropic’s Commercial Terms of Service, as applicable.

6. AI Gateway

The AI Gateway allows customers to access AI models and inference services offered by third parties. Non-Vercel Services in the AI Gateway are provided subject to any applicable terms the customer has agreed to with respect to the third-party AI service provider, or the terms below, as applicable:

This notice does not modify Vercel's obligations with respect to Your Content, as defined in Vercel's Terms of Service. Trademarks and trademarks that appear in this notice are the property of their respective owners.
