How do I delete my Vercel account?

In this guide, you will learn how to permanently delete your Vercel personal account or Team account and understand what gets deleted when you perform this action. It also includes some troubleshooting steps that you may encounter when trying to delete the account.

Vercel has two types of accounts:

• Personal accounts: Your individual account tied to your email address. This includes your personal projects and settings.
• Team accounts: Shared workspaces for collaboration. Teams can have multiple members and separate billing.

1. In the dashboard, select your profile icon
2. Select Account Settings
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section
4. Select Delete Personal Account. A warning message will appear explaining that:
   • All your projects will be permanently deleted
   • All deployments will be removed
   • This action cannot be undone
5. Review the warning carefully, then confirm deletion if you want to proceed

To delete a Team (not your personal account):

1. Navigate to your Team settings by selecting the Team name in the dashboard
2. Select Settings → General
3. Scroll to Delete Team
4. Select Delete Team and confirm

If you're unable to sign in to delete your account:
